Felipe Sanchón Huerta, or simply Felipe, (born 8 April 1982 in Barcelona, Catalonia) is a Spanish footballer who plays for Hércules CF as an attacking midfielder.

Despite a small frame, he is capable of creating dangerous situations with his speed.

Football career

Sanchón started his career at the age of 10, in FC Barcelona's youth system. Between 2001–04 he represented the Catalonia outfit's C and B teams. During this period, he was capped by Spain's youth levels (under-15, under-16).

Unable to carve a niche with the first team, Sanchón was released, going on to play for Barça neighbours UE Figueres, Girona FC and CE L'Hospitalet. His first taste of first level football arrived when he signed for Thessaloniki-based Aris FC, in July 2007.

In 2009's January transfer window, Sanchón returned to Spain and Girona, on a loan until the end of the season. On 11 January, in a second division home contest against SD Eibar, he scored in a 2–0 win, in his first appearance,[1] netting six times in only 17 matches as the team managed to retain its league status.

On 28 July 2009, Sanchón joined Granada CF, loaned by Udinese Calcio alongside eight other players, after the two clubs' partnership agreement. He contributed with 33 games and four goals as the Andalusia side returned to level two after an absence of 22 years, but in late January 2011, left for another team in the category, Gimnàstic de Tarragona, still owned by the Italians.[2]
